Boron One is advancing the next world class boron project in the heart of Europe. We will be a significant supplier of Boron, a critical element in the current global decarbonization effort. Boron One’s low cost, high grade, arsenic free resource is unrivaled globally. The rapid and steep growth in demand for borates will establish Boron One as an important source for the market.

Tim Daniels, B.Comm., President and Director, has over 30 years experience in the development and financing of natural resource and industrial companies. He served as Branch Manager for a Canadian Investment Dealer, acquiring extensive knowledge in corporate and equity financing, and general business development.

Blake Fallis has over 25 years experience in financing and corporate development and has worked with various private and public companies to provide corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate development strategies. He also spent several years in the investment industry as a licensed stockbroker for a Canadian-based investment firm.

James Wallis, M.Sc(Eng), P.Eng. has over 40 years of experience in all phases of mineral exploration and mine development makes Mr. Wallis an important part of the Erin Ventures team. Mr. Wallis has worked throughout the world in senior mine management positions with companies such as Noranda, Kerr Addison, U.S. Borax, Amax and others. He is a recognized expert on the evaluation and development of alluvial deposits, and a Registered Professional Engineer in the province of B.C. Since 1996, he has been based in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.

Director

Dusan Podunavac, P. Geo, Piskanja Project Manager served as Senior Geologist, Technical Director, and General Manager at the internationally acclaimed Geological Survey of Serbia over a 26-year period. He supervised technical teams of up to 250 professionals; conducted mining feasibility studies; cash-flow analysis; international project-specific financing; management/supervision of mining and environmental engineering studies, mine planning, construction and remediation work on multiple projects.

Dr. Vladan Milosevic

Since 1997, Dr. Milosevic has held the position of Department Chief for Mineral Processing, at the “Institute for Technology of Nuclear and Other Mineral Raw Materials” located in Belgrade, Serbia. Dr. Milosevic has successfully served as Project Manager on numerous commercial mining projects in Serbia including: the reconstruction of the Veliki Krivelj Floatation Plant to increase capacity to 10,000,000 tonnes of ore per year; increasing the copper recovery from the Cerovo, Cementacija 1- South deposit; and processing optimization of the Tenka 3, Majdanpek Copper Mine.
