Erin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: EV). The company’s private placement of 15,000,000 Units at a price of $0.07 per Unit is now fully subscribed for total proceeds of $1,050,000. The funds will be used to finance exploration and other expenses on the company’s Piskanja boron project in Serbia and for working capital. Finders’ fees of $46,445 will be paid respecting this placement. Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrant will have a two year term with an exercise price of $0.15 in the first year and $0.30 in the second year, with an accelerated exercise clause if the shares trade at $0.30 in the first year or $0.40 in the second year. The closing of the placement is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
