Erin Ventures Inc. (TSXV: EV) Proposes to carry out a private placement of up to 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.07 per Unit. If fully subscribed the placement would provide the company with total proceeds of $700,000. The funds will be used to finance exploration and other expenses on the company’s Piskanja boron project in Serbia and for working capital. Finders’ fees of up to 10% may be paid. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. The warrant will have a two year term with an exercise price of $0.15 in the first year and $0.30 in the second year, with an accelerated exercise clause if the shares trade at $0.30 in the first year or $0.40 in the second year. This placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. There is no assurance that the placement will be completed in full or at all.
