Erin Ventures Inc. [TSX-Venture: EV] is pleased to announce that 8,410,000 warrants have been recently exercised at a price of $0.10 per warrant, for total proceeds of $841,000. The funds will be used for general working capital purposes and to further Erin’s projects.

“This demonstration of support from our shareholders has significantly strengthened Erin’s working capital position” stated Tim Daniels, President of Erin. “This new capital will be valuable in aiding the development of our key projects during the first half of 2011.”
